Equipment Introduction
The effective extraction of active ingredients from plant cells determines the quality of the final product. Ultrasonic extraction technology is the method with the highest extraction rate, the best preservation of biological activity, and the fastest extraction efficiency.
When using an ultrasonic sonicator for extraction, the ultrasonic rod is usually inserted directly into the reaction vessel, along with a slow stirrer to prevent plant sedimentation, allowing the material to fully contact the ultrasonic energy and achieve perfect extraction results.
The ultrasonic sonicator can perform the extraction process as a standalone unit, and it can also be combined with filters, concentrators, dryers, etc. to form a complete extraction system.

How to feed and discharge materials?
The tank has two feeding ports of different sizes at the top. The bottom valve is for discharge; we will match different valves to different materials.
Can the equipment be made explosion-proof?
Sure. If your solvent is an alcoholic liquid, or your work environment contains flammable or explosive gases or dust, we recommend that you use an explosion-proof version. We have two versions, ATEX and CNEX.
Can the equipment be made to be corrosion resistant?
The inner wall of the tank, valves, and other parts that come into contact with the material can be coated with PTFE. However, ultrasonic rods cannot be coated with PTFE; it must be made of titanium alloy.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, 2 years of warranty of the machine, except the horn.
